These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. In operations and solutions at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services to optimise overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyse operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team, you lead client-facing engagements focused on reliability program transformation and modernization of asset-intensive operations. As a Manager, you motivate and inspire teams, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the firm's quality standards. This role offers a unique chance to drive innovation through data and analytics, making a significant impact in industries like energy, utilities, and chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on transforming reliability programs
- Drive modernization initiatives for asset-intensive operations
- Integrate data analytics and Asset Performance Management into workflows
- Collaborate with clients in energy, utilities, and chemicals sectors
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges
- Foster relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience in reliability engineering and asset management preferred
- Experience leading reliability improvement initiatives
- Driving integration of asset data models and predictive maintenance
- Engaging with plant managers and operations executives
- Coaching junior team members for quality deliverables
- Supporting business development and follow-on work
- Hands-on experience with APM platforms preferred
- Excelling in client-facing skills and stakeholder influence
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
