The Expertise We're Looking For
- We ask that you have at least five years in financial sales role
- We believe that three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
- We require an active Series 9/10, 7 and 66 licenses

You will enable the development of branch associates through training, mentorship and motivation, allowing them to maximize their potential and prioritize the growth of their planning expertise and, ultimately, help more people.

This member of branch management will:
- Connect our people to our mission, applying timeless leadership principles to help every associate perform at, or above, their full potential
- Build a culture of trust through compelling communication, collaboration and coaching
- Uphold team commitments through supportive accountability, regular and individualized one-on-one conversations
- Implement national initiatives and cultivate business through in-branch client contact, local marketing, educational seminars and client appreciation
- Coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships that lead to business opportunities
- Oversee operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues and client concerns
You will function as a general manager for the branch, building and leading strategies to develop your associates and their business. Your leadership and decisions will have significant impact on branch success, and you'll be creating the culture that ensures every client receives the experience they deserve and each associate maximizes their potential.
The base salary range for this position is $96,000-$210,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
