Your role
We are seeking a Wealth Strategy Associate to support our Private Wealth team in delivering differentiated, high touch wealth management solutions to high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. This role partners closely with Financial Advisors to provide analytical support, investment insight, and client ready materials across all stages of the client relationship.

• Assist Financial Advisors during client and prospect meetings by providing analytical insights and helping capture client goals, objectives, and risk tolerance
• Develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for Financial Advisor review
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify potential adjustments aligned with client objectives and market conditions
• Prepare client ready materials, including financial plans, performance reviews, and presentation decks
• Perform business analytics to support advisor growth initiatives, including client segmentation, opportunity analysis, and book analytics
• Support client relationship management and business development initiatives led by Financial Advisors

Your team
You'll be working as part of a Private Wealth team that serves high net worth and ultra high net worth business owners and families. The team delivers customized wealth management strategies, investment solutions, and planning services tailored to complex client needs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, long term relationships, and disciplined portfolio management.

Your expertise
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain)
• Several years of experience in client service, analytical, or investment related roles within the financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, with a focus on finance, economics, or business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Collaborative, team oriented mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
